| Contact Us Form |
The Contact Us form requires a visitor to enter their name and email address and provides an area for them to enter their comments. The user submits the form and it emails to the email address set as "Email To" under General settings.
The form always provides spaces for the user's name, email, and notes. It can also provide spaces for the user's company, address, phone number, and fax number. If these additional fields are generated, they will not be required.

| Mailing List |
You have the ability to send bulk email. Your users can add themselves to your mailing list or you can add them yourself. The system does keep track of who added a given user and when. This is to help provide a minimal internal paper trail in case you are accused of sending out SPAM instead of legitimate bulk mail. This will help you to track down how a given user ended up on your mailing list.
Do not add users to your mailing list unless they have requested to be added. Remove users promptly when they request removal and do not add them back unless they request it.
Failure to operate by these guidelines may result in cancellation of your account. ServeTheWeb does not tolerate SPAMMING on its systems.

| Bulk E-Mail |
Using the Mailing List (above), you can send to all your contacts using an online form. This allows for you to bulk mail everyone without having blocked e-mail's because of SPAM.
Again, no spamming is allowed on any of our servers and all people are able to REMOVE themselves. This saves you the time as those contacts can remove THEMSELVES. |

| Dynamic News Items |
RandD Admin can come with the ability to display news items to your customers. These news items should be relatively short. Preferably no longer than 3 or 4 sentences, although longer news items are allowed.
You may want to include a link to more information for a news item. If the page you want to link to is outside the site, link to this page using a standard HTML anchor tag.
You can also create a page within RandD's Admin section. Make sure you create the page first, then just link to that page (the text is automatically provided at the bottom of the page section). We recommend putting it at the end displaying the text 'More Information' instead of the page title.
All news items are displayed from the date indicated until their expiration dates. This keeps the items fresh and also let's you schedule special News items on your own time, not the calendar time.

| Rotating Customer Quotes |
Your website can have a section that displays customer quotes. These can be on any page and are the quotes you have enter into the Quotes Page.
All Customer Quotes are dynamically displayed in random order.
You could also use this area to implement any rotating text you deem necessary to your front page such as special offers, rotating news items and "Spotlight" clients.

| Banner Ads |
Lastly, the website can also incorporate banner ads. These are then randomly selected and will appear on each page of the site. If you want to make this ONLY appear on the Home page, please Contact Us.
The dimensions of the banner image must 150 pixels wide to fit in the space provided without being stretched or compressed. The images can be any height.
The banners can be linked to a sponsor's website. Generally, if you do not include both an image and a link, the banner ad will not appear in the rotation on the website.
An automatic counter displays how many times that particular banner has been viewed since the last time it was reset. You are able to reset the counter at any time.
Below is an example of having 2 BANNER ADS. Please select RELOAD to rotate the images.

| Calendar |
A dynamic calendar listing of all your events is included in BASF. Our calendar fits within your pages and set up BOTH the day/date in time order and has a ROLL OVER for a pop-up view. If the user clicks on the event, there is a seperate page with extended information about that event.

| Membership Lists |
In the past, you used to have to make a page per member. With BASF, that is handled for you. You input a member and send them a user name and password and THEY CAN MAINTAIN THEIR OWN INFO.
Using BASF, the member is given the ability to make their own changes. You, as Admin, can set up the Membership page to handle the members alphabetically, or by Category. A built in A | B | C | D title bar is already there!!
All members can edit their own profile, change the phone or addresses, and even add a PHOTO!
